The object my TV programme is to advertise a course for Stephenson College. In this case, it will be Hair and Beauty and the target audience will be mainly people interested in the beauty industry. Also it would appeal to younger students who are interested in the subject. What I plan to do is basically is to give a brief description of what the courses are about and explain how people can get involved in this subject.
I plan to use background music, Adobe pro and adobe fireworks.x

Good idea but you need to re-read the brief as you have missed some important points in your proposal.
1. State the purpose of the video.
2. Identify the target audience.
3. Identify the mode of delivery.
That is all that I need the proposal to contain at this time.
It is very important that you do *everything* the brief asks, exactly as it asks it.
